My day starts early — usually around 5:00 or 5:30 AM. Not because I’m naturally wired that way (though my supplements do help) — but because I believe your morning is your magnet.
First things first: I drink a big glass of water and take my favorite wellness boosters — creatine, beetroot, boron, a pinch of salt.
Then it’s time for my accountability partner — my Pomeranian-Poodle, Fluff. We step outside for a quick walk, chasing sunlight, fresh air, and a dose of dopamine. He chases squirrels; I chase alignment. Win-win.

Next up: movement — because you can’t magnetize stuck energy.
My daily high-vibrational habit stacking includes:
- Cardio — treadmill, bike, or stairmaster
- Weights or strength training
- A little boxing or basketball for fun
- And my new favorite: yoga, so I can bend like bamboo
And the cherry on top?
A sauna session while listening to audiobooks that expand my mind.
It’s not just sweat — it’s energy transmutation.
✍️ Rituals That Rewire Reality
When I get home, I reload: another round of creatine, multivitamin, sea moss. Then comes my cold shower — the discipline that wakes up what comfort numbs.
After that? I grab my journal.
Every morning, I write down 10–12 things I’m grateful for. Some of them are already present. Many aren’t — yet. That’s the point.
I thank life in advance:
“Thank you for the opportunities flowing my way.”
“Thank you for the wealth and abundance I’m aligned with.”
“Thank you for the peace guiding my decisions.”
This practice isn’t just for show — it’s the same principle I talk about in my Speak What You Seek post: the words and gratitude you send out shape the reality that comes back.
Before I start work, I sit with a guided meditation — often focused on gratitude or positive affirmations. By now, I’m not just ready to work — I’m aligned, activated, and high-vibe.
And to close the loop, I send love to at least three people — silently, intentionally.
