Flow isn’t something I wait for anymore.
It’s something I build into my day… before the world even wakes up.
Flow isn’t found. It’s engineered.
There was a time when I thought flow was random. Something you tapped into on a good day.
Now I see it differently.
Flow is trained.
Flow is practiced.
Flow is a byproduct of alignment.
And lately… I’ve been more aligned than ever.

What My Flow State Actually Looks Like (In Real Life)
This isn’t theory. This is what my days look like right now:
I’m up around 5:00–5:30 AM.
Before anything else, I brush my teeth with my off hand.
Yeah… I know 😂
But there’s intention behind it. It’s a small way to challenge my brain and tap into neuroplasticity. It’s a reminder that growth can be built into even the simplest moments.
From there:
- Supplements
- Gym clothes on
- Out the door to Crunch Fitness or my garage gym
Training is non-negotiable.
I get my workout in, finish with the treadmill, then spend about 20 minutes in the sauna—usually listening to a book or meditation. That’s where things start to slow down… and sharpen at the same time.
Then it’s back home:
- Take Fluff out
- Cold shower (yes, every time)
- Grooming and reset
And this is where the internal work really locks in:
- Gratitude practice
- Affirmations
- Then I sit down at my computer and intentionally send love to someone
Not a text out of obligation. Not a quick “thinking of you.”
Intentional. Present. Real.

Flow Is a System — Not a Feeling
Most people think flow is emotional.
Something that shows up when:
- You’re motivated
- You’re inspired
- The timing is right
But what I’ve learned is this:
Flow isn’t found. It’s built.
It’s built through:
- Structure (your routine)
- Repetition (your habits)
- Intention (your mindset)
What looks like “effortless momentum” is actually the result of very deliberate inputs.
You don’t rise into flow…
You train your nervous system to live there.
The Identity Shift That Changes Everything
The biggest difference isn’t the routine.
It’s who I’ve become inside of it.
I’m no longer:
- Trying to be consistent
- Trying to stay disciplined
- Trying to “get back on track”
That version of me is gone.
Now it’s:
- This is what I do
- This is how I move
- This is who I am
And once that identity locks in… everything starts to feel different.
Lighter.
Cleaner.
More automatic.
The Other Areas of My Life Are Rising Too
What’s interesting is how this spills over into everything else.
- My yoga practice has become more consistent and intentional
- My work life continues to grow, especially within Ivantage opportunities
- I’m speaking up more, taking up more space, and fully stepping into my voice
That part matters.
Because flow isn’t just about productivity…
It’s about expression.
And I can feel that expansion happening in real time.
Visualization, Faith, and Seeing It Before It Happens
There’s a moment I keep coming back to:
I can remember visualizing a version of my life that looks a lot like this.
The structure.
The discipline.
The opportunities.
The mindset.
And now I’m living in it.
That’s not by accident.
Between:
- Visualization
- Daily affirmations
- Nightly hypnosis
- Faith
I’ve been planting these seeds consistently.
And now they’re showing up.
A Real Note on Consistency (Because This Matters Too)
It’s not perfect.
My blog writing hasn’t been as consistent as I’d like…
But here I am. Writing today.
That’s part of the process too.
Not perfection.
Just returning to alignment—again and again.
The Truth About Flow (And How You Can Build It)
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this:
Flow isn’t reserved for certain people. It’s available to anyone willing to build the habits that support it.
You don’t need to copy my exact routine.
But you do need:
- A structure you respect
- Habits you repeat daily
- A mindset that supports your growth
- And the willingness to become someone new
Start small.
Stack wins.
Stay consistent.
And over time, you’ll stop chasing flow…
You’ll start living in it.
Final Thought
Flow isn’t just about getting things done.
It’s about becoming someone who moves with clarity, presence, and intention.
Someone who doesn’t wait for the right moment…
But creates it.
