There was a time when I thought abundance was something you chased.
More effort. More strategy. More hustle.
If I just optimized my mornings enough, stacked the right habits, and maybe drank one more glass of water… everything would click.
And don’t get me wrong—discipline matters.
But I’ve learned something deeper:
Abundance isn’t something you force.
It’s something you align with.
Because whether we realize it or not, we’re always attracting—not what we want, but what we’re in harmony with.

Abundance Begins in Identity, Not Circumstance
Most people wait for external proof before they allow themselves to feel abundant.
“I’ll feel secure when the money comes.”
“I’ll feel successful when I hit that milestone.”
I used to think like that too.
There was a season where I was doing everything “right”—the routines, the habits, the discipline.
Early mornings. Workouts. Focus.
But underneath it all… I was still operating from pressure.
I wasn’t building from belief. I was building from lack.
And no matter how much I got done, it never felt like enough.
That’s when it hit me:
Abundance wasn’t waiting for me at the finish line.
It was waiting for me to shift who I was being.
Scarcity Is Loud. Abundance Is Certain
Scarcity has a voice.
It panics. It rushes. It overthinks everything.
It’ll have you checking your bank account like refreshing it one more time might magically increase the balance.
(If we’re being honest, we’ve all done it.)
Abundance feels different.
It’s quieter. More grounded.
It says:
- “There’s always another opportunity.”
- “I trust what I’m building.”
- “What’s meant for me is already in motion.”
It doesn’t mean you stop taking action.
It means your action comes from belief—not pressure.
The Shift: From Grasping to Receiving
There’s a subtle but powerful difference between chasing and receiving.
Chasing feels tight. Urgent. Heavy.
Receiving feels open. Focused. Intentional.
You can feel the difference in your body.
Your breath slows.
Your shoulders drop.
Your jaw unclenches.
You’re still moving—but you’re not forcing.
You’re aligned.
This is the same space I’ve been tapping into through my daily routines and practices—what I describe more deeply in my post on flow state as a way of living and training your energy.
Abundance Requires Capacity
Here’s something that doesn’t get talked about enough:
You don’t just attract what you want—you attract what you can hold.
More opportunity requires more focus.
More income requires better discipline.
More growth requires emotional stability.
We all want “more”… until “more” starts asking more of us.
That’s where most people tighten up.
That’s also where growth actually begins.
Because abundance isn’t just about receiving.
It’s about becoming the version of you who can hold it—without dropping it the moment things get real.
Practical Ways to Align with Abundance
This isn’t just mindset—it’s practice.
Here are a few ways I anchor abundance into my daily life:
1. Gratitude with Intention
Not just for what is—but for what’s coming.
I write things down as if they’ve already happened.
2. Speak in Certainty
I’ve replaced “I hope” with “I’m building,” “I’m becoming,” “I’m creating.”
Subtle shift. Big difference.
3. Eliminate Mental Leakage
Doubt, comparison, overconsumption—these drain your energy fast.
Protect your focus like it matters.
Because it does.
4. Move Your Body Daily
There’s something about physical discipline that reinforces mental certainty.
It’s hard to feel stuck when you’re in motion.
5. Create, Don’t Just Consume
Abundance flows through expression.
Not just scrolling. Not just learning.
Creating. Sharing. Executing.
Abundance Is a Frequency—Tune Yourself to It
You don’t have to force life to open up.
You don’t have to grip everything so tightly.
(And if you’ve been gripping a little too tight lately… you’re not alone.)
What you’re building… is already building you.
So instead of asking:
“Where is it?”
Start asking:
“Who do I need to become to receive it?”
And maybe more importantly:
Where in your life are you still operating from urgency…
when you could be moving from alignment?
Because once you shift that…
Abundance stops feeling distant.
And starts feeling inevitable.
